Return Policy

OUR 30 DAY “MAKE IT RIGHT” POLICY

We want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re want to make things right. As long as you Submit a return request, we’ll come up with a solution for you.

For any quality issues, please add clear product photos on a flat, well-lit surface or a picture of you wearing the item. Please include the sticker that came on the item with the barcode. This expedites your request so we can help you as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

Everything in our store is made-to-order and handcrafted for you. If you’d like to request to cancel or amend your order, just click the link in the confirmation email or reply any email. You can usually have your order edited within a few hours of ordering before it goes into production. This may be between 24 to 48 hours after you initiate your order but sometimes much sooner. Please contact us if you want to hold, edit, or cancel an order. Include your order number.

If your order has already started printing, we cannot refund the cost of shipping. 

Once we begin production, you may be eligible for a replacement or some type of resolution depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any concerns you have.

QUALITY ISSUES INCLUDING DAMAGE

Our family runs a small shop. If you have a return or exchange request, please submit your return request here. We will help you quickly if you can:

  1. Include a well-lit photo demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
  2. Please describe in detail the issue. 

You may be asked to send your item back to us. If so, we will process your request within 48 hours of receiving your item. If you are not required to ship back your item, your request will be processed within 48 hours of your initial request.

GIFT RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Gift-giving is a tough process when it comes to apparel. If you’ve ordered or received a Naturally Grateful product as a gift and it needs to be returned, our standard policies apply to you.

WASHED OR WORN 

We accept returns for unworn made-to-order products only. If there are signs that the item has been worn or washed, we may not be able to offer you a refund. 

Returned to Sender

If your order is returned to sender there will be an additional fee required to reship your order. Please check your address when submitting your order.

REFUNDS

  • PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.
  • Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within three to five business days.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving and processing your returned item. Exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receiving your returned item.
